How founders get in

At BTS 2026, founders can exhibit in the Startup Pavilion or thematic PODs, pitch to investors, use curated Investor Connect and mentoring, and take part in workshops, masterclasses, product launches and B2B meetings to build visibility, partnerships, market access and capital relationships.

  1. For the startup exhibitor route at BTS 2026, open the official Startup page and choose “Book Your POD” for one of the two Startup POD options; the published tariff is for Indian-registered startups less than 7 years old (BTS 2026).
  2. Complete the online startup registration: select a sector and enter company details, including the registration certificate and company age (BTS 2026). Submit the form for preview and payment.
  3. The Startup page says the POD includes a complimentary Silver Delegate Pass, two exhibitor badges and an e-directory listing (BTS 2026); the registration form instead labels the included pass a Standard Delegate Registration (BTS 2026), so confirm the pass category in the booking flow.
  4. To attend as a delegate, register online and select a Platinum, Gold or Silver pass (BTS 2026). For pre-scheduled one-to-one B2B meetings, opt in to InterlinX during registration; registered delegates can request mentorship slots through a mentor profile’s “Book Slot” function, up to two sessions per delegate (BTS 2026).
Startup programmeApply by booking a Startup POD through the organiser’s online startup registration form. This is a paid exhibition option, not a free startup pass (BTS 2026). source
Startup priceStartup POD: ₹ 30,000; Startup POD with 43-inch TV screen: ₹ 37,500; 18% GST applicable (BTS 2026). source
IncludesEither POD includes two exhibitor badges and an organisation listing in the e-directory (BTS 2026). The Startup page says one complimentary Silver Delegate Pass; the registration form calls the included pass a Standard Delegate Registration (BTS 2026). The TV option includes a 43-inch screen (BTS 2026).
EligibilityStartup must be registered in India and be less than 7 years old (BTS 2026).
ExhibitingStartup exhibitors: ₹ 30,000 for a Startup POD or ₹ 37,500 with a 43-inch TV screen, plus 18% GST; eligibility is India registration and less than 7 years old (BTS 2026). The 2026 exhibition tariff page lists general shell space at ₹ 14,000 per sq. m. (9 sq. m. minimum; ₹ 1,26,000 listed total) and raw space at ₹ 13,000 per sq. m. (36 sq. m. minimum; ₹ 4,68,000 listed total), plus 18% GST. A separate organiser exhibitor-registration form instead lists shell at ₹ 13,000 per sq. m. and raw at ₹ 12,000 per sq. m. (BTS 2026); the organiser’s pages conflict on general-space rates. For comparison, the BTS 2025 startup booth/POD special offer was ₹ 30,000 plus 18% GST for startups under 7 years old.
SponsoringThe BTS 2025 brochure shows partner/sponsor labels including bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond, among other categories, but publishes no prices. No public sponsor-package prices are stated for BTS 2026.
Investor passRegister as a delegate and select a published pass tier (BTS 2026). The registration form offers an opt-in for InterlinX pre-scheduled B2B meetings (BTS 2026). source
